Discussion Nights

Discussion Nights are where many men first experience the Brotherhood.

Twice each month, men from different backgrounds, ages, and life experiences gather around a table for conversations that have become increasingly rare in modern life.

These evenings aren't about solving everyone's problems. They're about creating a place where men can get to know one another, learn from one another, and build genuine friendships.

Why They Matter

One of the things that makes these conversations unique is the range of ages represented in the room.

A man in his twenties may hear from someone who has already navigated marriage, fatherhood, divorce, career changes, retirement, or personal loss. An older man may gain new insight into the challenges, perspectives, and opportunities facing younger generations today.

While our stories are different, the things we need from one another often aren't. We all want friendship. We all want purpose. We all want to know we aren't facing life alone.

Discussion Nights create opportunities for men to share experiences, ask honest questions, offer encouragement, and learn from one another across generations.

What We Talk About

Some evenings center around a specific topic such as friendship, purpose, relationships, loneliness, men's health, faith, personal growth, or navigating life's challenges.

Other nights have no agenda at all. We simply let the conversation go wherever the men in the room need it to go.

Sometimes that's laughter.

Sometimes it's difficult conversations.

Sometimes it's sharing lessons learned over a lifetime.

Every discussion is different because every group of men is different.

What to Expect

There are no lectures.

No experts.

No pressure to speak.

Some men contribute right away. Others spend their first few gatherings listening. Both are equally welcome.

What matters isn't how much you say.

What matters is showing up.

Because that's where Brotherhood begins.

More Than a Discussion Group

Many men arrive expecting a discussion group.

What they often discover is something much more valuable:

A community of men who genuinely care about one another.

The conversations may last only a couple of hours, but the friendships often continue long after the evening ends.

When & Where

Discussion Nights are held on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month.
