Brotherhood Discussion Night
Held on the 2nd Wednesday in the Daybreak neighborhood of Salt Lake County, these gatherings create space for men to talk openly about life, relationships, purpose, stress, emotional growth, brotherhood and belonging, father wounds, and the challenges of being a man in today’s world.
This is not therapy, but many men find the conversations grounding, clarifying, and deeply therapeutic. Sometimes what a man needs most is a room of good men, honest words, and the chance to be heard.
Whether you have life figured out or are simply looking for solid men to connect with, you are welcome here.
Location shared after RSVP. Men 18 and older.
Discussion Nights
Discussion Nights are where many men first experience the Brotherhood.
Twice each month, men from different backgrounds, ages, and life experiences gather around a table to have conversations that are becoming increasingly rare in modern life.
One of the things that makes these conversations unique is the range of ages represented in the room.
A man in his twenties may hear from someone who has already navigated marriage, fatherhood, divorce, career changes, retirement, or personal loss. An older man may gain insight into challenges and perspectives that younger generations are facing today.
While the details of our lives may differ, the underlying needs often remain the same. We all want friendship. We all want purpose. We all want to feel understood.
Discussion Nights create an opportunity for men to learn from one another across generations rather than trying to figure everything out alone.
Some nights focus on topics like friendship, purpose, relationships, loneliness, men's health, faith, or personal growth. Other nights simply create space for men to share experiences, perspectives, and lessons learned along the way.
There are no lectures. No experts. No pressure to speak.
Some men talk a lot. Some simply listen. Both are welcome.
What matters is creating a space where men can relax, be themselves, and engage in honest conversation without feeling judged, fixed, or analyzed.
Many men arrive expecting a discussion group.
What they often discover is something deeper: a sense of connection, belonging, and the realization that they are not carrying life alone.
Discussion Nights are held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month.
Specific event locations are provided after registration.
